Adobe Dreamweaver:

Dreamweaver is a web development program which allows users to create and design websites, which can then be used as mock up samples or actually be used for website production which is available on the internet.

Dreamweaver consists of various tools which can allow the user to design an appearance as well as navigational tools. In my examples I have produced a home page which has various links to different pages on the website. These links are created by highlighting the area you wish to become a link and then a hyperlink is created to the page the user wishes each link to navigate to.

Images and text can also be placed anywhere on the page and this is a positive point of dreamweaver as it allows users a huge range of choice and the website can appear exactly how the creator wants it to with no limitations.

Dreamweaver also supports various web technologies such as CSS and Javascript. This allows the creator to incorporate these technologies, whether it be adding a flash script of movie file, and these will successfully work when the webpage goes live.

Each of these screenshots shows a basic structure and how the page can be broken up and edited. For example tables can be added to add a structure and this will allow the creator to keep the structure throughout each page and it also creates a sense of positioning. The colours and of links, text and backgrounds can also be edited as seen in the above screenshot.
